In GRUCAS, we know that among the stages of logistics and / or international supply chain, the most delicate stage without a doubt is the Customs Clearance, due to the tax, legal and operational implications there are for exporters and importers. We were born in 1919 as Custom Brokers, which now has 4th generation Custom Brokers, owned licenses and qualified personnel, therefore our customs clearance management is guaranteed given that the exporters or importers maintain direct contact with the custom broker, not through an intermediary that only subcontracts the service and have no legal responsibility whatsoever.

In addition to the previously stated, we have the additional advantage that our sales team is a one stop chop for your logistics needs and can quote any of our services, as well as a single contact to serve each client, regardless of the type of operations or port of entry or departure presented.

GRUCAS has its own offices and owned Custom Broker licenses in the main maritime, air and border customs of Mexico, as well as a network of Custom Brokers throughout the rest of the country, we are also US Custom Brokers to ensure the follow up to import and export services to and from the United States.

GRUCAS has a Corporate Legal and Regulatory Department, customs advisors, external and internal auditors who provide daily advice and technical support for their clients, with the purpose of taking care of the client importing/exporting license and the same custom brokers’ license.
